The National Universities Commission, Abuja has given approval to Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti to run Pharmacy starting from 2024/2025 academic session.
In a statement made available to journalists by Bode Olofinmuagun, (anipr), Deputy Registrar/Head, Directorate of Information & Corporate Affairs, reads
“In a letter dated 19th December, 2024 addressed to the Vice Chancellor and signed by Abubakar Girei, Acting Director, Academic Planning, on behalf of the Acting Executive Secretary of the Commission, the Commission approved the establishment of the full time mode of Doctor of Pharmacy for Ekiti State University.
With this approval, the university is expected to kick start the process of admitting pioneer students into the Faculty of Pharmacy”
