Omiye Microfinance bank, Ilupeju Ekiti has honoured some of its outstanding staff in the just concluded financial year.
The bank presented Years of Service Milestone Award to Mrs Bosede Babalola ( Nee Daodu)who has being with the bank since 1999 for her loyalty, dedication and unwavering support and several others who had contributed to the growth of the bank in 2024.

Speaking at the 2024 GET TOGETHER and training recently, held at ONWARD HOTEL ILUPEJU EKITI, the MD/ CEO of Omiye Microfinance bank, Mr Gbenga Adegun commended the staff for their dedication to duty which according to him has made the bank to wax stronger.
Your display of home etiquette, cordial relationships with customers and dedication to duty has projected us well to the world and I appreciate your support and commitment always. Be rest assured that management will continue to reward excellent performance. I urge you to redouble your efforts in 2025 . The CEO stated.
Ms Modupe Kolawole, a Director of the bank in a training session, titled ‘Customer relationship to enhance business growth’, Charged the staff to maintain cordial and mutual relationship with their customers, saying customers are kings and should be treated as such .
On his part, Dr Austin, a public speaker and social critic charged the staff to always analyze customers’ needs with a view to satisfying them, adding that good behaviour, proper dressing, respect for customers and functional facilities would enhance their services.
” Your good approach and conduct to customers would determine how people patronize your bank, if you treat them well, they will recommend more customers to you and that would give room for expansion”
Highpoints of the get together was awards presentation to deserving staff who added value to the bank in 2024. Also the staff were treated with sumptuous dishes and they all unwind .
