A Commissioner-designate in Ekiti State and coordinator of the All Progressives Congress membership digital registration, Hon. Gold Adedayo, has urged members to embrace the innovation, saying it was specifically designed by the party to buoy its support base ahead of 2026 and 2027 elections.
Adedayo spoke at the conclusion of the APC’s comprehensive E- Registration Training Programme for supervisors and ward agents across the three senatorial districts of the state, on Tuesday.
The training, which was at the behest of the National Working Committee, was led by Adedayo, and prosecuted alongside the senatorial coordinators, Otunba Dolamu Adeniyi for South, Engr. Bode Adetunji for Central and Barr. Odun Ayeni for North.
In his closing remarks, Adedayo posited that with the completion of the sessions for the Central, South, and North Senatorial Districts, Ekiti State is now fully prepared and set to proceed with the APC E- Registration exercise across units and wards to ascertain its strength in terms of membership.
The APC chieftain said the trainers have been equipped with the requisite skills and knowledge to effectively drive the digital registration process at the grassroots.

Adedayo expressed appreciation to Governor Biodun Oyebanji, for his support, guidance, and encouragement toward the successful execution of the training programme.
He also appreciated the APC State Chairman, Barr. Sola Elesin, along with other respected party leaders for their presence, commitment, and continuous contributions to strengthening the party’s structures.
“Ekiti APC reaffirms its commitment to any innovation that can bring transparency and help in strengthening party structures through technology-driven processes”.
