A Federal High Court sitting in Ibadan, Oyo State, has nullified the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Convention held on November 15, 2025.
In its ruling, the court barred Turaki and other officials produced by the convention from parading themselves as national officers of the party.
The court further declared that the Caretaker Committee led by Abdulrahman, alongside Senator Samuel Anyanwu, remains the only recognised National Working Committee (NWC) of the PDP, pending the conduct of a valid National Convention.
