Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Fintiri has officially defected to the All Progressive Congress.
In a statewide broadcast on Friday, Ahmadu Fintiri announced his formal decision to join the All Progressives Congress, saying members of his cabinet and supporters from the Peoples Democratic Party have moved with him.
The announcement marks a significant political shift in Adamawa State ahead of 2027 general election.
