Mr. Adeniyi Adeyemi Adeleye, who took online loan to buy space bus and brand for re-election of Governor Oyebanji last month has again donated plastic chairs to party members across three wards in Ado local government area as part of efforts to strengthen grassroots mobilisation ahead of the June 20 governorship election in Ekiti State.
Adeleye on Thursday visited Ward 1, Ward 2 and Ward 3 in Ado Ekiti during their regular party meetings, where he presented the chairs to support members during ward gatherings and political activities.
Speaking during the presentation, Adeleye described the donation as a modest contribution aimed at encouraging party members and supporting the administration of the Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, whom he praised for what he called impactful leadership and development strides across the state. He urged party faithful to remain united and committed to ensuring a resounding victory for the governor at the forthcoming election.

According to him, the gesture forms part of his personal efforts to contribute to the success of the party at the grassroots level.
“I decided to support the wards with these chairs so that members can have a more comfortable environment during meetings and mobilisation activities. This is my own little way of appreciating the good work Governor Oyebanji is doing in Ekiti State,” he said.
Adeleye, who in February gained attention after taking an online loan to purchase and brand a space bus in support of the governor’s re-election campaign, said the decision has not only yielded positive results but has also strengthened his relationship with party members and leaders across the state.
“The loan I took to brand the campaign bus for Governor Oyebanji has actually paid off in many ways. It has brought recognition and goodwill, even though I am not a politician.”
He recalled the encouragement and support he received during a visit to the wife of the governor, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji, which further motivated him to use part of the benefits he realised to support party structures at the ward level.
Adeleye assured party members that the gesture would not stop with the three wards, promising that all wards in Ado Ekiti would benefit from similar support in the coming weeks.
Receiving the donation on behalf of members, the chairmen of the wards—Mr. Kayode Oladimeji (Ward 1), Hon. Bukola Ibitoye (Ward 2) and Mr. Ojo Oluaye (Ward 3)—commended Adeleye for his generosity and dedication to the party. They described him as a committed member with a large heart, noting that his support demonstrated that every contribution, no matter how small, plays a significant role in strengthening the party and advancing its political goals.
The ward leaders also called on other party members and stakeholders to emulate Adeleye’s example by supporting grassroots mobilisation and contributing to the success of the APC in the state.
Members of the party across the three wards applauded the donor for the initiative, offering prayers for his continued prosperity and success. They expressed optimism that with such growing grassroots support, the APC would secure a convincing victory for Governor Oyebanji in the forthcoming governorship election.
