The National President of the Ilupeju Youth Development Association (IYDA), Comrade Lawrence Ibitoye, has congratulated a prominent leader of the association, Mr. Omowaye Gabriel, popularly known as GABILO, on the occasion of his 50th birthday.
In a congratulatory statement issued on Saturday, July 4, 2026, Comrade Ibitoye described the celebrant as a loving, caring, industrious and passionate community leader whose unwavering commitment to the growth and development of Ilupeju-Ekiti and its people has continued to inspire the younger generation. He noted that GABILO has consistently demonstrated selfless leadership and an uncommon dedication to community service.
The IYDA President recalled that Mr. Omowaye Gabriel served meritoriously as Assistant Secretary of the Ilupeju Students’ Union during the administration of Mr. Olurotimi Ogunleye. According to him, the union recorded remarkable achievements during that period, particularly through the introduction of extra-mural coaching and other educational support programmes that positively impacted many students in the community.
Comrade Ibitoye also lauded the celebrant’s entrepreneurial accomplishments as the Chief Executive Officer of FINSOLUTE Investment, describing him as a visionary businessman who has continued to create opportunities, empower people and contribute meaningfully to the socio-economic development of society.
While felicitating with the golden celebrant on behalf of the national leadership and members of the Ilupeju Youth Development Association, Comrade Ibitoye prayed that God would bless Mr. Omowaye Gabriel with sound health, long life, divine wisdom and greater accomplishments. He wished him many more fruitful years of impactful service to Ilupeju-Ekiti, humanity and the nation at large.I
