Ilupeju Ekiti Youths Development Association under the leadership of Engineer Femi Fagbemi will on 14 January, 2023 celebrate four illustrious sons and daughter of the town who had contributed immensely to human development during their service years.
The four indigenes who retired in 2022 from government Establishments are:
(1) Mr Sola Ogunmiluyi, former Permanent Secretary, Office of the Deputy Governor, Ekiti State.
(2) Barrister Ajiboye Ayodeji Abiodun, former Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Ekiti state.
(3) Mr Johnson Ogunsesin, former Director, Ekiti State High Court, Ado Ekiti, ministry of Justice, Ekiti State.
(4) Chief (Mrs) Modupe Kolawole former National Secretary, Ministry of Public complaint Commission, Abuja .
The National Youth president, Engineer Femi Fagbemi opined that the four retired sons and daughter of Ilupeju Ekiti made the town proud despite daunting challenges faced in their chosen careers.
According to Femi Fagbemi” They successfully facilitated Employments, empowerments, scholarships to Ilupeju youths and also contributed to the developmental projects in the town while in active Service.
Adding that the retired citizens deserve to be celebrated to further spur them to do more whenever opportunities beckon and also to encourage those in positions of authority to emulate their kind gestures”
The celebration will take place at Ilupeju Ekiti Library by 10:00AM .
