Otunba Emmanuel Fayose, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) House of Representatives candidate for Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 1 seat comprising Ado and Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government Areas of Ekiti State in the 2027 general elections has called on the member representing Ado/Irepodun-Ifelodun Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Hon. Fatoba, to provide clarification on the implementation of two constituency projects worth a combined ₦49 million captured in the 2026 National Assembly Zonal Intervention Projects (ZIPs).
The campaign organisation of Fayose , in a press statement , said it was seeking answers on the status of a ₦14 million project for the supply and provision of drugs to some health centres in the constituency and a ₦35 million project for the supply and installation of solar-powered inverters at some police stations.

According to the statement, the drug project is listed as Project No. 7267, Code: ERGP 25238365, while the solar-powered inverter project is listed as Project No. 6409, Code: ERGP 10238822.
The organisation questioned whether the projects had been executed and demanded details of the beneficiaries, contractors, delivery dates and evidence of implementation.
It asked: “Were these projects executed? Where are the deliverables? And what is the current status of the funds appropriated for them?”
The group maintained that if the ₦14 million drug-supply project had been completed, the benefiting health centres should be identifiable, alongside details of the medicines supplied and evidence of delivery.
Similarly, it said the benefiting police stations, equipment installed and current status of the ₦35 million solar-inverter project should be made available for public verification if the project had been completed.
The organisation stressed that constituents had the right to demand accountability from elected representatives over public funds allocated for projects intended to improve their welfare.
It said: “A health-centre drug project is not merely a budgetary figure. It concerns patients who need treatment.”
The campaign organisation further demanded answers to questions including where the medicines and solar-powered inverters were, which communities benefited, who executed the projects, when they were completed, how much was spent and where the evidence of implementation could be found.
The organisation also called on residents of Iworoko Ekiti to seek clarification on the status of another ₦56 million captured in the budget for the construction of the Iworoko Town Hall, which it said was meant to be executed by the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti.
