In preparation for Local Government Election slated for 2nd December, 2023, the state Executives of the All Progressives Congress has released time table for a state tour of the sixteen Local Government
The statement notified residents of Ekiti State the date and time campaign train of the party will visit each of the sixteen Local Government Areas.
This was contained in a statement signed and made available to Journalists in Ado Ekiti on Monday by Segun Dipe, State Publicity Secretary of All Progressives Congress, Ekiti Chapter.
The statement reads in part;
“From Tuesday 21st November to Wednesday 29th November 2023, the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ekiti Chapter will embark on state-wide campaign tour as follows:
Day 1: Tue 21/11/23 (10am-12noon) Ado LGA
Day 2: Wed 22/11/23
Moba: 10am-12noon
Ido/Osi: 12.30pm-3pm
Day 3: Thur 23/11/23
Emure: 10am-12noon
Ise/Orun: 12.30pm-2.30pm
Ikere: 3pm-5pm
Day 4: Fri 24/11/23
Efon: 10am-12noon
Ijero: 1pm-3pm
Ekiti West: 3.30pm-5pm
Day 5: Mon 27/11/23
Ekiti East: 10am-12noon
Gbonyin/Aiyekire: 1pm-3pm
Day 6: Tue 28/11/23
Ire/Ife: 10am-12noon
Ekiti S/W: 1pm-3pm
Day 7: Wed 29/11/23
Ikole: 10pm-12noon
Oye: 12.30pm-2.30pm
Ilejemeje: 3pm-5pm
The statement further directed all electees and appointees of the party to actively participate in the campaign of their various Local Governments to show support for APC.
