Ekiti State Office of Transformation and Service Delivery is set to recommend its discovery on ministries and agencies to optimize performance and enhance effective service delivery in the State Public Service to Governor Oyebanji.
The Special Adviser on Transformation and Service Delivery, Dr John Ekundayo disclosed in Ado Ekiti that outcome of the inspection of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) embarked on by a team led by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Monitoring and Evaluation, Mr Adetunji Aribasoye would help the shared prosperity agenda of the Governor.
Ekundayo, reiterated that the recommendations would focus on training of workers and providing MDAs with necessary tools for optimizing performance and effective service delivery.
Reeling out areas of advantage, the Special Adviser opined that the recommendations include; trainings for clerical officers, provision of working tools, office tagging, centralization of mail’s movement, systematic recording of incoming and outgoing mail at the open registry, and automation of registries in all MDAs. Adding that for the actualisation of the feat,Bureau of ICT would play pivotal roles.
The team included; the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Monitoring and Evaluation, Mr. Adetunji Aribasoye; Special Assistant on Service Delivery to the Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Toba Fatunla; Mr. Kehinde Ogunyemi; Mr. Bamidele Adejoro and Mrs. Sherifat Arewa. Over fifty MDAS were visited.
