Members, Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON) Ekiti State Chapter, have commiserated chairman, Ifeloju Local Council Development Area, Ilupeju Ekiti, Hon Olusola Michael Oniyelu over the demise of his mother.
The ALGON Chairman, Hon Ojo Oluwasegun Samuel in a statement made available to journalists in Ado Ekiti, on Monday, condoled Hon Oniyelu and his immediate family over the passage of their matriarch, Chief Mrs Victoria Adeleye Oniyelu to glory on Saturday,17 August, 2024, urged the family to take heart and solace in God Almighty.
The statement reads, “ALGON commiserate with one of us who lost his mother on Saturday, the news came to us as a rude shock and we share in the grief, it’s our fervent prayers that God comfort the family members that the deceased left behind and grant them the fortitude to bear the loss.
Though mama’s sudden departure was painful at this crucial time when our member( Hon Oniyelu) needed her support, we are glad that she lived a fulfilled, impactful life and had glorious children who are doing well in their chosen careers. May God grant her eternal rest ” The statement ended.
