The Federal High Court sitting in Ado Ekiti has dismissed the case challenging the candidacy of Ekiti Governor elect, Biodun oyebanji.
Presiding over the case, Justice Babs Kuewumi on Thursday held that the plantiff, Engineer Kayode Ojo failed to fulfill all court processes in compliance with the High court practice.
Recall that other aggrieve aspirants contesting the emergence of Biodun Oyebanji at the Primary had withdrawn and worked with the party for the victory of the Governor Elect.
