EASTER CELEBRATION- CP ERIBO ASSURES RESIDENTS OF ADEQUATE SECURITY ✓ Felicitates with christians The Commissioner of Police, Ekiti state , CP JOSEPH ERIBO has directed All Area Commanders, Divisional Police Officers, Tactical and Intelligence Units Commanders to ensure the deployment of adequate Operatives to all the strategic points across the State to forestall any breach of peace before, during and after the Easter celebration. The Commissioner made this known via a statement by the command Police Public Relations Officer, SP Sunday Abutu. The statement assured residents of adequate security during the celebration as enough Operatives have been deployed across the State. The statement further enjoined residents to call 08062335577 or visit the nearest Police Station in case of emergency. The statement reads in part” The Commissioner of Police, Ekiti State Command, CP JOSEPH ERIBO, on behalf of all the Officers of the Command, felicitates with the residents and the good people of Ekiti State, especially the Christian faithfuls, on the occasion of the 2025 Easter celebration as they commemorate the crucification, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ” While appreciating the cooperation of Ekiti Residents, the CP further solicited their unflinching support by providing timely information that would help in the detection and prevention of crime. He assured residents that his Command would continue to do all within its powers to provide safety and security to all and sundry.
