The President of Ilupeju Youth Development Association and Youth President of Oye Local Government, Engr. Christopher Oluwafemi Fagbemi, has extended warm Christmas greetings to youths, Ekiti residents and Nigerians at large, congratulating them for witnessing the celebration of this year’s Christmas.
In his Christmas message, Engr. Fagbemi described the birth of Jesus Christ as a powerful reminder of love, humility, sacrifice and service to humanity. He urged youths and residents of Ekiti State to imbibe the lessons of the season by showing compassion, promoting peaceful coexistence and sharing with the less privileged in their communities.
The youth leader admonished young people to be mindful of their choices and actions during the festive period, warning against indulgence in activities capable of truncating their visions, destiny and future aspirations. According to him, Christmas should be celebrated responsibly, with a focus on self-development, discipline and positive values.

Engr. Fagbemi reaffirmed his unwavering commitment, alongside his executive members, to continue advocating for a brighter and more prosperous future for youths across Ilupeju Ekiti, Oye Local Government and Ekiti State as a whole. He emphasized that youth empowerment, mentorship and inclusive development remain core of his leadership.
While congratulating residents for witnessing another Christmas celebration, he prayed for God’s continued protection, good health and grace upon the people, asking that they be spared to celebrate many more festive seasons in peace and prosperity.
He wished everyone a Merry Christmas, filled with joy, love and hope, and called on all to use the season as a turning point towards purposeful living and collective progress.
