The Christ Souls Revived Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Olorunsogo, Ado-Ekiti, on Sunday ordained renowned broadcaster, Mrs. Iyabo Olajide, in recognition of her commitment and service to the work of God.
The event coincided with the ninth anniversary celebration of the Heart of Christ Souls Revived Cherubim and Seraphim Church, during which the congregation expressed gratitude for God’s faithfulness over the years.
Delivering the sermon, the General Superintendent, Pastor Victor Oludare, stressed the significance of yielding to God’s call and remaining steadfast in spiritual responsibilities. He admonished the faithful to live with renewed dedication to divine service.
The ordination was attended by family, colleagues, and members of the church who joined the celebrant in a joyous dance as she was officially installed as Lady Leader.
In her remarks, Mrs. Olajide expressed deep appreciation to God for the privilege of being chosen for the assignment. She also encouraged others to serve God sincerely and wholeheartedly.
The founder of the church, Prophet Bukola Oladele, also reflected on the church’s journey, praising God for His sustaining grace over the past nine years.
