Association of Local Government of Nigeria, ALGON, Ekiti state chapter has congratulated Dr. Olufolake Olomojobi on her appointment as the new Head of Service in the state Civil Service.
Congratulating the new Head of Service, the ALGON Chairman and Ekiti East,Omuo Ekiti Chairman, Hon Oluwasegun Ojo said the new Head of Service is professional, resourceful and posses administrative acumen to repositioning the state Civil Service.
In a statement made available to Journalists in Ado Ekiti, ALGON Chairman noted that the appointment of Dr Olomojobi is well deserved having served the state in several capacities meritoriously without any blemish. “Ekiti ALGON is confident that Dr Olomojobi’s resourcefulness, professionalism and administrative acumen will count in repositioning the State Civil Service for optimal service delivery.
God will grant the new Head of Service sound health and mind to carry out the new task satisfactorily. I want assure you the cooperation and unalloyed support of ALGON .
I appreciate the Governor for finding you worthy of this position and also I commend the outgoing Head of Service, Engr Sunday Komolafe who displayed professionalism and served the state meritoriously. I wish you well in your future endeavour. Congratulations! The chairman added.
Recall that Governor Oyebanji had appointed Dr Olomojobi to take over from Engr. Sunday Komolafe, who is billed to retire from the State Civil Service on July 1st, 2024, upon attaining the mandatory 35 years in the service.
Dr Olomojobi, until her new appointment, is the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education.
