The National Secretary of Calm Down Nigeria Initiative who doubles as Ekiti State Coordinator, Prince Joseph Oluwafemi Oniyelu has charged the new executives of the group to be alive to their responsibilities of educating the masses about the efforts of Nigeria president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu to repositioning Nigeria system.
Prince Oniyelu gave the charge in a statement made available to journalists in Ado Ekiti on Monday. He tasked the Executives of Calm Down Nigeria Initiative to propagate the policies and programmes put in place by president Bola Tinubu to ameliorate the sufferings of Nigerians.
According to the state Coordinator, ” The economy of Nigeria has been terribly bad long ago before Tinubu took the mantle of leadership, as a reformer and brilliant economist, the president has put in place several measures and policies that would not only salvage the economic quagmire but restore the lost glory of Nigeria in no distance time. All that Nigerians need is patience, support and prayers for Tinubu and his team to find lasting solutions to age long problems bedeviling Nigeria. At the end of a tunnel, there will be a light. “
While admonishing the new executives, the state Coordinator said,” Nigeria is in a critical stage, we have a role to play; to educating the masses and heralding the good plans and reforms of the president to Nigerians; we need to work assiduously to achieve the aims and objectives of the support group of the president. Your total dedication and commitment to Nigeria’s project is highly needed at this crucial time. We must do everything possible to salvage this country because we don’t have another country ”

The statement further reads,” As Ekiti state Coordinator for CDNI, I want to reiterate that you have displayed maturity, unflinching support for APC and His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu whom this group is working day and night to sensitize Nigerians about his plans and activities to reposition the country. With little patience from Nigerians , Nigeria will not only be great again but all the bottlenecks hindering her progress will be removed and we shall all live like kings and queens.
The tasks ahead required individual cooperation; dedication, and utmost good faith because many members of this group will be saddled with responsibilities in their various local governments/ LCDA’s, towns and wards. So, be prepared to work, no member will be sidelined. We shall not disappoint you by God’s grace.
It’s on this note, I enjoined all members to be more united, committed and bring more members onboard to ensure good governance is more rooted in the three tiers of government. This is the hallmark of this group, which I strongly believe that with your unalloyed support and cooperation we shall all glorify God in the end”. The statement concludes.
Earlier, the convener of Calm Down Nigeria Initiative and Director General, Amb.Frank Albert Jnr Okolie had congratulated the new executives, he urged them to serve the good people of Ekiti state with dexterity. While praying to God to crown the efforts of president Tinubu with resounding success
