Following hardship in the land,
some residents of Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on Sunday morning carted away food stuffs in a warehouse owned by National Emergency Management Agency of Nigeria (NEMA), located in Karimo, Phase 3 Region of the FCT, Abuja.
Precise news gathered that residents packed food stuffs and other items before the arrival of policemen.
Meanwhile, police have been deployed to the area to disperse the looters.
The spokesperson for the FCT Police Command, Josephine Adeh, confirmed the incident.
Adeh, however, added that the situation had been brought under control.
“The situation is now under control,” she said.
