The Executive Chairman of Moba Local Government, Hon Bamidele Fadugba has held a strategic meeting with leaders of All Progressives Congress ( APC) in the local Government towards the endorsement campaign of Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s second term in office .
The chairman who hailed Governor Oyebanji for his leadership prowees that has brought development to all nooks and crannies of the state, said the governor needed the unflinching support of all members of the party in MOBA Local Government as they approached another election year.
Hon Fadugba harped on the unity of the party, tasked leaders to ensure that all members of APC are carried along in the scheme of things. While appreciating the leaders’ relentless and unwavering commitment towards his administration’s success, the chairman further sought their continued support in terms of wise counsel and their ever consistent cooperation to deliver more dividends of democracy to the good people of Moba Local Government.
On his part, APC Moba Party Chairman; Mr Adeyeye charged party members to be more committed and work hard for the success of the party. He further advised them not to fall into the
gimmicks of outsiders who want to sway them from the progressive train. The party chairman who said there might be little misgivings among members , assured the gathering that high diplomacy is needed when dealing with any warring faction in order to bring stability, unity and peace to the party.
In his submission, elder L A Kolawole one of the formidable leaders in the Otun APC ward suggested that a meeting be summoned for proper clarification and reconciliation.
