The Executive Chairman, Ifeloju Local Council Development Area, Ilupeju Ekiti, Comrade Babatunde Ogunmilugba has congratulated teachers in Nigeria, Ekiti and Ifeloju LCDA on the occasion of 2023 Teachers Day.
Comrade Ogunmilugba who said without teachers, the world would have been without form, emphasized that teachers are the architect of development in all spheres because they do not only teach but educate and influence the students positively.
Ifeloju LCDA Boss, in a statement said the roles of teachers in the society are too enormous not to be noted and appreciated,
the fate of our society depends on teachers to a great extent.
Comrade Ogunmilugba stressed that “learning is a lifelong activity, after the initial family learning experiences in the family, teachers take over the responsibility for children’s education from parents. It’s a truism that many parents have limited time to spend with their children due to exigency of their work that spans through 8am to 5Pm daily”
While assuring his continued Support and encouragement for the teachers of Ifeloju LCDA, Ilupeju Ekiti, he however charges teachers to embrace modern teaching technologies and skills to impact the students.
