The Executive Chairman, Ifeloju Local Council Development Area, Ilupeju Ekiti, Hon Olusola Michael Oniyelu has Felicitated the peoples’ Governor, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji on the Award of THE BEST GOVERNOR, 2023 in the category of Community Development by the Daily Independent Newspaper on Saturday.
The chairman, in a statement congratulated the Governor for the feat. He said the Award was a testament that his good works in community development and peoples’ oriented programmes across the state are noticeable not only by Ekiti residents but outsiders.
While appreciating the management of Daily Independent Newspaper for objectively carried out the findings in all the states of the Federation which later saw Ekiti State winning the prestigious award in community Development, Hon Oniyelu noted that the Award speaks volume about the leadership qualities and dedication of Governor Oyebanji towards Ekiti shared prosperity Agenda.
The statement reads, “less that two years in office, Governor Oyebanji has made significant impacts in nearly all the communities in Ekiti state; he has restored electricity in communities that have no light for many years, he’s constructed and repaired communities roads that have been death trap for years, he’s prioritized residents welfare, health, education, security and to cap it all, he runs an inclusive government which has helped the peace of the state. I am confident that Ekiti state will witness more tremendous achievements under the leadership of this prudent and pragmatic Governor”
