The executive Chairman of Ifeloju Local Council Development Area, Ilupeju Ekiti, Hon Olusola Michael Oniyelu has described the death of his secretary, Hon Babalola Fabunmi as pathetic, devastating and a collosal loss to the LCDA.
The Chairman said the death of Hon. Fabunmi was a great loss to Omu-Ijelu Ekiti, the youth body and All Progressives Congress in Ekiti state and Nigeria.
Hon. Oniyelu in a statement described the late Secretary as a diligent, dedicated, resourceful whose sudden departure has left a big vacuum in the LCDA that would take time to fill.
While commiserating with the immediate family of the deceased, people of Omu-Ijelu and Ifeloju Communities, Hon. Oniyelu prayed God to comfort and give them the fortitude to bear the great loss. He prayed God to grant the deceased eternal rest.
Hon. Babalola Fabunmi passed on Tuesday after brief illness and was buried on Friday.
