The Executive Chairman of Ifeloju Local Council Development Area, Ilupeju Ekiti, Hon Olusola Michael Oniyelu has congratulated Oba David Awe AKINGBADE, the Apeju of Ilupeju Ekiti on his second coronation anniversary on the throne.
Hon Oniyelu in a statement described Apeju of Ilupeju Ekiti as a blessing and good luck to the town, considering tremendous developments and relative peace that the town has witnessed in the last two years of the monarch’s coronation. The Chairman commended the monarch for administering the town to greatness.
While rejoicing with the monarch, Apeju in Council, chiefs and all sons and daughters of Ilupeju on the monarch’s second coronation anniversary and 2024 Ilupeju Ekiti Day celebration, Hon Oniyelu prayed God to bestow Apeju sound health, long life and wisdom to lead the community to more greatness
The statement reads in part, I wish our revered Monarch happy second year anniversary. Your reign has opened Ilupeju Ekiti for rapid development in the last two years. Your firm belief in the culture and traditions of Ilupeju Ekiti has made the Ekiti state government host the world tourism day recently at Ori Oke Ewo memorial war field.
Your consistent prayers and cooperation with the leadership of ILUPEJU DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION, sons and daughters of Ilupeju Ekiti, home and abroad has not only made the Ekiti state government commence the construction of Odoko roads via RAAMP project and other infrastructures with the ongoing massive electrification of the town with solar lights by Indigenes of Ilupeju Ekiti.
