The Executive Chairman of Ifeloju Local Council Development Area, Ilupeju Ekiti, Hon Olusola Michael Oniyelu has lost his dearest mother,
Mrs Victoria Adeleye Oniyelu to the cold hands of death.
The chairman, in a statement made available to journalists in Ado Ekiti on Saturday evening, announced that the matriarch, of the Oniyelu dynasty, Mrs Victoria Adeleye Oniyelu transited at the wee hours of Saturday, 17 August, 2024.
The statement reads in part, “With heavy heart and gratitude to Almighty God, the giver of life , I announce the demise of the matriarch of Oniyelu dynasty, Mrs Victoria Adeleye Oniyelu who passed early morning on Saturday, 18, August, 2024. Mama was hale and hearty, lively and mentally sound before she suddenly bade this sinful world good-bye.
Though your death was painful at this crucial time; we cannot query God, we take solace in the fact that you lived a fulfilled and impactful life. You will be sorely missed. Burial arrangements will be announced later.” The statement added.
Mrs Victoria Adeleye Oniyelu aged 83, survived by glorious children and families.
