The Executive Chairman of Ifeloju Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Ilupeju-Ekiti, Hon Olusola Michael Oniyelu has congratulated the Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, on the occasion of his 58th birthday, describing him as an exceptional leader whose visionary and people-oriented governance has continued to deliver sustainable development across the state.
In a congratulatory message made available to journalists, the Chairman praised Governor Oyebanji’s leadership prowess, noting that his calm disposition, administrative competence and deep understanding of governance have translated into prudent management of public resources and tangible dividends of democracy for Ekiti people.
According to the Ifeloju LCDA helmsman, the governor’s commitment to inclusive governance, infrastructural renewal and human capital development has positively impacted communities at both the state and grassroots levels, thereby strengthening public confidence in government.


Hon Oniyelu said Governor Oyebanji’s development initiatives in critical sectors such as education, healthcare, agriculture, road infrastructure and social welfare have continued to reposition Ekiti State on the path of sustainable growth, while promoting peace, unity and economic stability.
“Governor Oyebanji has demonstrated uncommon leadership anchored on integrity, humility and service to humanity. His style of governance has brought government closer to the people, especially at the grassroots, and the benefits of his policies are evident in communities across the state, including Ifeloju LCDA,” the Chairman stated.
Reaffirming the unwavering loyalty of the people of Ifeloju LCDA, the Chairman declared the LCDA’s total commitment and support for Governor Oyebanji’s second-term ambition ahead of the June 2026 governorship election, stressing that continuity remains key to consolidating the gains recorded under the present administration.

He noted that the governor’s track record of performance and people-focused leadership has earned him the confidence of Ekiti residents, adding that a second term would enable him to deepen development and complete ongoing projects for the overall progress of the state.
The Chairman prayed for God’s continued guidance, good health, wisdom and strength for Governor Oyebanji, wishing him many more impactful years in service to Ekiti State and humanity at large.
