The National president of Ilupeju Youth Development Association, Engineer Femi Fagbemi has named three members’ caretaker committee to pilot the affairs of Ado Branch of the Association for the next three month.
Engineer Fagbemi at a stakeholders’ meeting held at AB Hotel, Ado Ekiti on Sunday reiterated the importance of Ado Branch to the smooth running of the national body of IYDA, saying the branch needed viable, committed and Progressive leaders that would provide good leadership to the teeming youths of Ilupeju Ekiti resident in Ado.
The National President called for nomination and the stakeholders named :
Mr Ilesanmi Kayode – Chairman
Comrade Law Ibitoye- Secretary
Mr Abiodun Ilesanmi – Member
Engineer Femi Fagbemi enjoined the committee to bring Ilupeju Youths resident in Ado Ekiti and environs together to participate in youth activities in the town. Charging them to work assiduously for the progress and development of Ilupeju Ekiti. While pledging support for the branch , Engineer Fagbemi called on all sons and daughters of the town to support the committee as he gave them theee month to put in place executives of the branch.
Responding, the caretaker chairman, Kayode Ilesanmi solicited the cooperation of the stakeholders and Ilupeju youths home and in the diaspora to carry out the task successfully. While appreciating the stakeholders for given him the mandate to lead the committee, he promised to carry every member along in the task given the committee.
Earlier, the National president had appreciated the immediate past executive members for their commitment and dedication to youth activism .He prayed God to prosper them in their chosen careers. While calling on interested former Executives to via during the electioneering period. The President dissolved the immediate past executive members whose tenure lapsed several months ago.
