The All Progressives Congress Chairmanship candidate for Ifeloju Local Council Development Area, Ilupeju Ekiti, Mr Sola Oniyelu has
promised to provide a purposeful leadership, as he appealed to aggrieved members across the LCDA to work with him to further move the LCDA forward.
Mr Sola Oniyelu gave the assurance in his ‘thank you’ message to members of All Progressives Congress at the just concluded Primary Election held on 7th October, 2023 where he emerged as the party candidate for December 2nd Local Government Election.
The Chairmanship candidate applauded the unflinching support of APC leaders and members in Ifeloju LCDA and Ekiti State who he said did not only believe in him but trusted him with the post, he promised not to betray the trust, saying he would diligently serve his people and further transform the LCDA.
While appealing to aggrieved members to put what happened during the struggle for the post behind them, he called on them to join him to give viral and purposeful leadership to the people of Ifeloju LCDA.

“I want to exprsss my heartfelt appreciation for the honour and trust bestowed on me as the party candidate for IFELOJU LCDA ILUPEJU EKITI CHAIRMANSHIP POSITION. I am humbled and excited for this prestigious position.
I want to appreciate all party leaders, all party members, Ilupeju Ward 1 And Ilupeju Ward 2 for the support given to me to emerge as the party candidate for the chairmanship position.
During political decision it comes with different opinions and heart desires which might not collaborate with party leaders’ decisions but i want to appeal to all aggrieved members to accept our party decision and let us unanimously work together to move Ilupeju and IFELOJU LCDA to greater height.
