The Chairman of Moba Local Government, Hon. Bamidele Fadugba engaged youths from his hometown, Osan Ekiti on how to further Develop the town
At a meeting in Ado Ekiti, the chairman hosted the youths where they brainstormed and charted ways to impact lives and attract more developments into Osan Ekiti.
During the meeting, several key issues were highlighted, including the improvement of community roads, empowerment initiatives for women and youth, and the enhancement of educational infrastructure.
Specific attention was given to the repositioning of Eyemojo Comprehensive High School and several primary schools in Osan Ekiti.
The youths in attendance expressed their appreciation for Mr Fadugba’s numerous achievements within his first year in office.They particularly commended his efforts in
Payment of WAEC and NECO fees for Students to ease the financial burden on their families, rehabilitation of the Osan/Omi Igbo/Ofale road, a project that had been neglected for over 30 years and the restoration of damaged electricity poles to improve the community’s access to reliable power supply.
The youths, including the chairman Positive thinkers, Mr Osasona Olukayode, Engr Ajayi Adedayo, and Mr Agboola Taiwo, popularly known as “Atayese”, urged Mr Fadugba to continue his commendable work and to prioritize issues concerning Osan Ekiti.
Expressing their appreciation, the youths emphasized the importance of maintaining the momentum of development projects and ensuring that the needs of the community remain at the forefront of his administration’s agenda.
They posited that the chairman’s regular engagement with the youths in Moba LG areas is a testament to his commitment to inclusive governance and community-driven development.
In his response, Hon. Fadugba reaffirmed his dedication to the growth and prosperity of Osan Ekiti and the entire Moba Local Government.
The chairman also assured the youths that their concerns would be addressed, emphasizing his administration’s focus on impactful projects that would transform lives positively.
