The wife of the Chairman of Moba Local Government, Mrs. Labake Fadugba, has advised female secondary school students to uphold moral values and remain focused on their future, describing dignity and self-discipline as priceless virtues.
Addressing students during a sensitisation programme held on Wednesday at the Moba Local Government Secretariat, Mrs. Fadugba cautioned them against social vices capable of derailing their ambitions. She urged the girls to set personal boundaries and to immediately report any inappropriate behaviour or sexual advances to their parents, teachers, or relevant authorities.
The programme, themed “Sensitisation on the Effects of Gender-Based Laws and Health Talk on General Hygiene,” also focused on educating young girls on their rights, personal safety, and healthy living.

Mrs. Fadugba encouraged the students to prioritise their education and personal hygiene, noting that perseverance and discipline are essential to achieving academic and life goals. She emphasised the importance of making responsible choices while growing into adulthood.
As part of the event, sanitary pads were distributed to students from selected secondary schools across Moba Local Government to support their menstrual hygiene.
In their response, the excited students expressed gratitude to Mrs. Fadugba, describing her as a caring mother and a role model for young girls.
