Mrs. Samuel Margaret Adeola has extended heartfelt congratulations to her sister, Dr. Engr. Regina Omolade popularly called (Sis. Lade) Olulope, who bagged Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious University of Ibadan.on Monday.
