The Chairman of Ekiti State Environmental Protection Agency, Chief Bamitale Oguntoyinbo who doubles as the Obalodo of Oye kingdom, has called on Ekiti stakeholders and residents of the state to support the second term ambition of Governor Biodun Oyebanji.
OBALODO commended governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for the peaceful political activities in Ekiti state in the last 3 years which he said had brought meaningful development to the state.
Speaking with journalists during the udiuroko festival in Ado Ekiti, Chief Bamitale Oguntoyinbo described governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji as a peace loving governor who has demonstrated quality leadership, good experience, humility, accessibility and generosity in running the affairs of the state. Chief Oguntoyinbo explained that, “this is the first time in the political history of the state that a sitting governor will bring past governors in the state together from different political parties to form a formidable team to discuss the need for peace, unity of purpose to move Ekiti state forward.”
He praised the ability of the governor using his past experiences, been the secretary of Ekiti State creation, home based governor, who served former governor Adebayo in various capacities. Chief Oguntoyinbo said Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji served former governor Kayode Fayemi in many capacities during his first and 2nd term in office. Couple, with his family background, all these have enriched his knowledge and wealth of experience to achieve so far.
