As part of the activities lined up in commemoration of his one year anniversary in office, the Governor of Ekiti State, Biodun Oyebanji has signed five new bills recently passed by Ekiti State House of Assembly into law.
The newly signed laws are:
Ekiti State Sports Commission Law 2023.
Ekiti State Lotteries and Gaming Law 2023.
Ekiti State Development and Investment Promotion Agency (EKDIPA) Law 2023
Ekiti State Electricity Power Sector Law 2023
2023 Supplementary Appropriation Law
The brief ceremony was done at the Exco Chamber, Governor’s Office, Ado Ekiti.
Dignitaries at the event includes; the Deputy Governor, Chief Monisade Afuye, Wife of the Governor, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji; Speaker Ekiti State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Adeoye Aribasoye, members of the Assembly and state executive council members among others.
