Police officers on duty at Flyover around Pent House Estate, Abuja on Friday around 8: 15pm allegedly wounded Mr Sesan Babalola who was returning home from his working place .
Mr Sesan was allegedly beaten to coma for challenging why two police officers could throw tyre into his car on motion just because the police wanted to stop a Keke napep, saying such act could caused fatal accident.
The police officers who were said to have drunk hitted him with plank and threatened to shoot him.
According to an eyewitness who was with Mr Sesan in his car, said two police officers around 8:15pm suddenly appeared from a corner and threw used Tyre on the high way to stop their vehicle. Adding that it took the interventions of passers by to safe the life of Mr Sesan who was rolling in the pool of blood and insisted the police men took him to a nearby clinic for first aid treatment before anything.
Recall that Similar cases had sent many Nigerians into their early grave, hence the urgent attention of the federal government is needed to address police brutality and unprofessional attitudes of some bad eggs among the Nigeria Police.
