President Muhammadu Buhari has forwarded 7 ministerial nominees to the senate for screening and confirmation.
The Senate President, Dr. Ahmad Lawan read the letter on the floor of house on Tuesday at Abuja. Prior to the APC primaries, the president ordered his appointees who wanted to seek political posts to resign their appointments.
According to the letter, the following were the nominees that would replace those that resigned few months ago:
1. Henry Ikechukwu Ikoh – Abia State
2. Umana Okon Umana- Akwa Ibom State.
3. Egwumakama Joseph Nkama-Ebonyi State.
4. Good luck Nana Opiah – Imo State
5. Umar Ibrahim El- Yakub -Kano State.
6. Ademola Adewole Adegoroye – Ondo State.
7. Odum Odih – River State.
