The stakeholders and loyalists of the Senate Leader, Senator Opeyemi Bamidele across Ekiti State have rejoiced with the high profile politician on the occasion of his 62nd birthday celebration.
The group in a statement signed by the Senator’s Senior Legislative Assistant and coordinator of the body, Hon Gbenga Banji, described the representative of Ekiti Central Senatorial District as a pride to the entire people of Ekiti State and Nigeria at large.
Hon Banji said the Team remains grateful to God for sparing Senator Bamidele’s life up to the current time, in spite of the daunting challenges he had faced as a young man from a humble background and political actor of no mean feat in Nigeria.
The group saluted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for enhancing the political trajectory of the celebrant in far away Lagos, where he was appointed a special Adviser and Commissioner at various times before returning to his Ekiti country home to begin his illustrious political career.
They appreciated the Senator’s wife, Pharmacist Oluwayemisi Bamidele, children, siblings and political admirers across the country for standing by him, thereby making his political journey highly memorable and impactful.
Rejoicing with the number three Senator in the Nigerian Senate, the group pledged their unflinching loyalty and prayed to God to grant their principal long live, good health and sound mental state to live the rest of his days.
“On this day July 29, 2025, we rejoice with our principal and benefactor, the Senate Leader of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Opeyemi Bamidele as he added another year to his glorious years.

Meanwhile , a political group under the acronym MOB Youth Alliance, has rejoiced with the Senate Leader, Senator Opeyemi Bamidele on the occasion of his 62 years birthday celebration.
Senator Bamidele was born on 29th of July, 1963.
In a congratulatory message signed by its President, Com. bunmi Omotoso, on Tuesday, the political group saluted Senator Bamidele for his impressive and superlative performance as a Senator representing Ekiti Central Senatorial District.
