The Director General of the World Peace Organization WPO, in Nigeria prof Olumuyiwa Akinyemi Babalola has said that the organization was ready to release her ambassadors to work as Special advisers and special assistants to the Nigeria’s president on peace matters.

The WPO boss who said that the organization was ready to collaborate with the present administration to ensure peace across the various sectors of the country,  called on president Bola Tinubu to begin to look inward on the ways to solving the myriads of problems facing the nation, particularly, by building the foundations of peace in all the arenas of the country.

In a statement by World Peace Organisation, the Director noted that the Special advisers and Assistants on Peace Matters which the organization has carefully and strategically selected from the six geo-political zones and  the 36 states of the federation and the federal capital territory, would assist the government to give tactical and strategic information on ways to solving peculiar problems of each people.

Babalola who noted that the various steps and actions of the president since the inception of his administration had been pointer and demos of the preparedness and the willingness of the nation’s leadership to salvage the most populous African nation from the various challenges bedeviling it. Adding that the peace experts of the Organization would help the government with sincere and unbiased tactics rather than political sycophancy.

The don who explained that the euphoria of the emergence of Bola Tinubu, greeted by enthusiasm and hope from the citizens must be well guided , stressing that the action-plan of the president must be carefully implemented to ensure rescue and respite for the citizens in the areas of economy, security of lives and property, health and education systems among others.

Babalola noted that the SAs on peace matters would also amidst other responsibilities assigned them work to ensure government programmes and policies are well tailored towards the realization of actual and somatic peace in the country for individual and and collectivity of the Nigeria’s inhabitants.

According to him, “ It is obvious that President Bola Tinubu is serious and sincere about retracing the country’s path to greatness as the pride of the world Black race; this is an effort that starts with good governance and sincerity of purpose but more importantly, we must begin to rebuild the pillars of peace upon which other heavy weights would rest.

Peace is very important to nation building and the WPO would be ready to offer that service to Nigeria by giving our people to serve the government towards ensuring peace building and sustainability from amidst the locales , citizens and denizens of this country.

There are a lot of work to be done, Nigeria must get it right now or never, we must not joke with internal peace and this does not come with militarization as it leads to negativity and glorification of violence thereafter, but a strategic move which involves all participants and stakeholders would bring Nigeria back to its toes.

We are sure that with the support of all and sundry, the administration of Bola Tinubu would bring Nigeria to the limelight as one of the global reckons.

We, at the WPO have made a resolve and we are very ready to ensure that Nigeria under Tinubu becomes a melting pot for all cultures, sentiments, and beliefs, where business would thrive, where great understanding and cordial relationship exist among the different ethnic, political and religious groups.

We will be presenting the special advisers and the special assistants to the president very soon and we are sure Nigeria would be better for it in no distant time.”
