A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Chief Dele Momodu, has declared that President Bola Tinubu may struggle to secure re-election in 2027, arguing that hunger and economic hardship could outweigh political strategies.
Momodu disclosed this on Thursday during an appearance on Channels Television’s Politics Today, anchored by Seun Okinbaloye.
He maintained that the economic difficulties confronting Nigerians would play a decisive role in determining the outcome of the 2027 presidential election, regardless of political permutations and alliances.
The ADC chieftain’s remarks come amid growing political activities and debates over the performance of the Tinubu administration ahead of the next general elections.
