The Executive Chairman MOBA Local Government,Hon. Bamidele Fadugba has felicitated Muslims in MOBA LG and Ekiti State on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir, imploring them to pray for Nigeria in order to survive this excruciating economic time.
Fadugba made this known in his congratulatory message to the Muslim faithful personally signed and made available to news men in Ado Ekiti to commemorate the Sallah celebration.
The chairman appreciated the Muslims in his local government for embracing religious harmony, thereby affording Governor Biodun Oyebanji the opportunity to fulfill his electioneering promises made to ensure development across the state.
The chairman urged Muslims to always live by the ethos of sacrifice, faithfulness, diligence and love exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim, saying these are good characteristic features required to build a peaceful , united and prosperous society.
He commended Governor Biodun Oyebanji for promoting religious harmony in Ekiti State through equitable appointments and engagement across ethnic lines, which he said has been domesticated in MOBA local government area.
“It is my great honour and privilege to salute the Muslim faithful on the occasion of Eid-El-Kabir. Your sacrifices at all levels of government has helped to stabilise this state and MOBA local government”.
