The Chairman, Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), Ekiti state Wing, Comrade Daodu Bamidele Olaitan has congratulated Mrs Olukowade Adekemi Kehinde and Mr Ogungbamigbe Richard Olufemi on their appointments as Tutor- Generals for Ekiti Central and Ekiti South respectively.
The chairman said the appointments of the duo were well deserved.”The duo diligently discharged their responsibilities by upscaling the teaching profession in our dear state, Ekiti ”
Comrade Daodu added that the appointment would spur them to perform creditably well in their new assignments, while urging teachers in the state to cooperate with them for optimal performance.
The NUT Chairman also applauded Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for given necessary support and motivation to Ekiti teachers to showcase their teaching prowees which had positive impacts on the performances of public school students.
Recall, Director of Press TESCOM, Charles Ademolaju had in a statement announced the appointments of the Tutor-Generals. The statement reads in part, “the appointments of Mrs Olukowade Adekemi and Mr Ogungbamigbe Richard as Tutor Generals for Ekiti Central and Ekiti South takes immediate effect for academic excellence in public secondary schools in Ekiti state “
