Ekiti state Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi has said the remaining two weeks of his administration would be for commissioning of legacy projects that would add more value to the socio economic transformation of the state and impact positively on the lives of the people
The governor disclosed this while on an inspection tour of some projects schedule for inauguration to mark the 4th anniversary of his administration, saying, he would sustain governance till his last day in office,
Dr Fayemi visited international cargo airport site, and urged the contractor handling the project to fast track its quick completion as the airport was bill for inauguration before 16th October, 2022.
The governor also inspected the newly constructed ultramodern bus terminal at the central District of the state capital
Recall that Governor Fayemi’s tenure will elapse by 15th October, 2022 while the incoming governor, Biodun Oyebanji will be inaugurated on 16th October, 2022.
