The Executive Chairman of Ifeloju Local Council Development Area, Ilupeju Ekiti, Ekiti State, Hon Olusola Michael Oniyelu has commenced the re-construction of goat stalls in Ilupeju Ekiti.
The chairman in a chat with PRECISE NEWS hinted that the re-construction of the stalls if completed would be the best in Ekiti state. Stressing that it was paramount to provide a befitting place for goat sellers to transact their business with ease.
The Chairman, who reiterated the importance of Menara market to the sustainability of Oye Local Government before the town was named the secretariat of Ifeloju LCDA. said, he wouldn’t close his eyes to any of the community market that needs urgent attention saying “we get our highest IGR from there, so it behoves of me to maintain and provide conducive environment for them to transact their wares.’Iso Eleran’ is a popular stall in Menara market, goat sellers come from several neighbouring towns to buy and sell goats. In few weeks time, this block of stalls will be completed ”
Hon Oniyelu who commended the traders for paying their rates, promised to always attend to their needs in the market.
