The Chairman of Moba Local Government, Hon Fadugba Bamidele has Felicitated Christians in Moba on the occasion of this year’s Christmas.
The chairman in a statement, appreciated the support and cooperation of traditional rulers, religious leaders and residents of Moba Local Government which he said helped his administration to attract more developments to the Local Government.
Hon Fadugba urged christians in Moba to show love to the less privileged, saying the essence of Christmas is not only to wine and dine but to extend hands of fellowship to one another, show compassion, be peaceful, prayerful and exhibit all the teachings and lessons. He prayed that the blessings and joy of the season would manifest in individuals’ and corporate lives .
The statement reads, I wish the progressive people of Moba Local Government and Nigerians merry Christmas and a prosperous new year. I urged you to remember those that are not financially buoyant during this season; share what you have with them, make them happy and live harmoniously with one another. It’s my fervent prayer that the joy and blessings of this season will not elude you.
Let’s use this season to pray for the rapid growth and development of Moba Local Government and by extension, the governor of Ekiti state, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji who has been working tirelessly for the transformation of all communities in the state.
I wish you merry Christmas and a prosperous new year. I assure you of my continued determination to serve you with all dexterity to make MOBA communities witness more development.” The statement concludes
