The Ondo State Police command has rescued about 50 kidnapped children that were kept in an underground of a Church in the Valentino area in Ondo town, Ondo State on Friday evening.
In a video, the kidnapped victims numbering about 50 were rescued while the pastor of the church and some of his members were arrested and taken to the police station on the command’s patrol vehicle .
The Public Relations Officer of the command, Mrs Funmilayo Odunlami confirmed the incident to precise news online. She said the victims had been taken to the command Headquarters in Akure for further investigation.
