The Executive Chairman of Ifeloju Local Council Development Area, Ilupeju Ekiti, Hon Olusola Michael Oniyelu has described the sudden departure of Ekiti state Chairman of All Progressives Congress,(APC) Barrister Paul Omotosho as a big loss not only to the party in Ekiti state, but in Nigeria.
The chairman who attributed the continuous victory of the party and unity in the state to the leadership prowees, loyality, sacrifices and dedication of the late state Chairman which resulted to sterling performances of the party in Ekiti state.
Hon Oniyelu in a statement made available to journalists in Ado Ekiti condoled the immediate families of Barrister Omotosho, Governor Oyebanji, the people of Imesi in Gboyin Local Government and Ekiti people. He prayed God to give them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
The Council boss said the late chairman would be greatly missed being a unifier and pillar of support to the party in the state. Adding that his death has created a big vacuum that would be difficult to fill at this political period when Governor Oyebanji needs his wealth of experience towards the rapid growth of Ekiti State.
“On behalf of the good people of Ifeloju LCDA, Ilupeju Ekiti, I commiserate with APC members in Ekiti State and Nigeria over the monumental loss. It’s my prayer that God console us all and grant the deceased eternal rest. Adieu! His good legacies would be remembered “
