The Executive Chairman, Ifeloju Local Council Development Area ( LCDA) Ilupeju Ekiti, Comrade Babatunde Ogunmilugba has enjoined Engineer Segun Oni to accept the verdict of the Ekiti State Tribunal that upheld the victory of Governor Biodun Oyebanji in good faith for the development of Ekiti State.
Ogunmilugba while reacting to the verdict of the tribunal in an interview, urged Engineer Segun Oni to use his resources to develop Ekiti State rather than wasting it on litigation.
According to the Chairman, “Biodun Oyebanji was massively voted during the 18 June Election because he was the first indigenous governorship candidate that had all his education and careers in Ekiti state. He had good relationship with the people and have friends in all the political parties ”
Ogunmilugba reiterated that Governor Oyebanji would transform Ekiti to the admiration of all and sundries if not distracted . Adding that, Oyebanji had extended hands of fellowship to Engineer Segun Oni, Bisi Kolawole, the gubernatorial candidate of PDP in the June 18 election and other stakeholders in Ekiti for the development of the state.
The LCDA boss said Engineer Segun Oni would write his name in the good book of Ekiti state if he join hands with Oyebanji to move the state forward. Saying, “Ekiti project is a collective efforts. Let us stop wasting money on litigations, pull the money together to develop Ekiti State and hand over your manifestos to Oyebanji”
Ogunmilugba, congratulated the governor on the victory. Saying no winner, no looser. He commended the governor for meeting the needs of Ekiti people within the short period .
