The Executive Chairman of Moba Local Government, Hon Bamidele Julius Fadugba received Ekiti State NYSC Coordinator, Alhaji Riko Shaibu and his entourage in his office on Thursday .
The NYSC Coordinator who was on a thank you visit to the Local Government, appreciated Hon FADUGBA for his unflinching support for Corp members in the Local Government, saying indeed he’s a visionary leader. ” I’m here today because I have heard a lot about you, how you have been supporting NYSC in your local government both financially and morally. I want to tell you that ever since I have been posted to Ekiti State as their coordinator, MOBA Local Government is the first local government I’m visiting and also the first local government I will be commissioning a project which I was told that you assisted them with a financial support needed for the execution.
My Local Government Inspector (LGI) told me everything. Sir, with what I have heard and what I’m seeing right now, you are truly a great man and a chief servant as people do call you. I want to thank you once again.”
Responding, Hon. Chairman appreciated the state coordinator and his entourage for the visit, assured them of his continued support for NYSC activities, including welfare of the Corp members in Moba local government. He stressed that supporting NYSC has become a tradition which earned the Local Government the most friendly LG in Ekiti state during celebration of NYSC 50 years anniversary last year.
While appreciating NYSC Local Government Inspector for giving room for strengthening the relationship, Hon FADUGBA assured Corp members in the Local Government adequate security, urged them to be committed to their duties and relate well with members of Moba community.
The chairman reiterated his love for Corp members, promised to involve
them in the next youth empowerment programme.
The Local Government Inspector, Mr Ofobutu in his closing remarks, appreciated Hon FADUGBA for his support and prayed God continue to bless him.
