The Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Ekiti Council, will on Monday engage the African Democratic Congress, ADC, governorship candidate, Dare Bejide, on his manifesto ahead of the June 20 governorship election.
According to a statement by NUJ Chairman, Kayode Babatuyi, the event will take place at the Akogun Tai Oguntayo Hall, NUJ Secretariat, Old Governor’s Office, Oke-Oriomi, Ado-Ekiti, beginning at 4 p.m.
The statement confirmed that the event will be broadcast live on some social media platforms, while the resolutions will be broadcast and published on all media platforms under the union.
The statement added that the programme is strictly for journalists working in Ekiti State, but the candidate’s entourage and members of the ADC may attend.
