The Sacred Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Ileri Oluwa SE, Aita Street, Ilupeju-Ekiti, has ordained three of its members, including a videographer, owner , Mike TV as Evangelist, Makanjuola Babatunde Michael, in a ceremony held recently.
The ordination was conducted by Bishop incharge of Ekiti Sacred JBCC, Prophet James Babalola Ojo. Other ordinands were GRAM Ezekiel Bosede Grace and Evangelist Ezekiel Olorunwa Victor.
Speaking at the ordination in Ilupeju Ekiti, prophet Ojo stressed the importance of purity, discipline and adherence to the word of God, noting that members of the church are expected to uphold the values symbolised by their white garments and maintain purity of heart.
He also described Evangelist Makanjuola as a son who had contributed significantly to his life and encouraged him to remain steadfast in his service to God while continuing to grow in his calling.
GRAM Abosede Ezekie, the founder of C&S Ileri Oluwa SE, Aita Street, Ilupeju-Ekiti urged members to remain faithful to God and continue believing in His word.
In his remarks, Evangelist Makanjuola said the ordination was one of the greatest moments of his life. He explained that he initially hesitated because his profession sometimes required him to film at festivals and shrines, but said his Bishop encouraged him to continue his professional work while serving God. He pledged to use his media platforms for evangelism and to advance the work of God.
